The Stage 2 of energy practices (second attention practices)

From 28.July to 1.August, 2025, Indu Aashan will conduct a course of second attention practices.

This is the Stage 2 of a new cycle of energy practices. 

Only those who have participated in Stage 1 can take part in the new course. If you missed Stage 1, you must complete it individually or in a group before the new classes starts.

Classes start: at 20:00 Moscow time.

Duration: 5 daily broadcasts, each 1.5 hours.

IN A PROGRAMME:

Energy centers from +108 to -108, intention, love and sincerity, acquaintance with multidimensional spaces of energy gates, joint centers. Changes may be made to the program depending on the requests of course participants and the overall intention of the group.

WHAT EXPECTS YOU ON THE COURSE?

• This course is for you if you want to be perceiving your intention, aware, happy and healthy. There is only one success in life - to live it the way you want.
• These are live online broadcasts on the Zoom platform. Recording live broadcasts is prohibited.
• The Zoom link will be sent before the start. If for some reason the link didn't arrive, write to Tatyana, the project curator, on WhatsApp.
• The classes are practical; you do the practice right during the broadcast.
• You can ask questions live or after the class in a closed Telegram chat.

Starting a new course of initial practices

From June 9 to 13, 2025, Indu Aashan will conduct a course of initial level practices.

This is the first stage of a new annual cycle of energy practices.

Classes start: at 20:00 Moscow time.

Duration: 5 daily broadcasts, each 1.5-2 hours.

IN A PROGRAMME:

12 energy centers in the body, as well as channels, meridians, energy cocoon, flow, centers in joints, ether body, centers in physical organs, centers on the body’s surface, heart. The program is adjusted depending on the overall intention of the group.
