The system of meridians (nadis) are thin channels through which energy circulates in and around the physical body, forming the energy structure called “the cocoon”. In medical atlases, the main meridians are usually depicted as channels that pass only in the physical body, but in fact they “flow” outside it, forming a delicate energy network of “the cocoon” (from the minus third to the ninth center). In diameter, “the cocoon” is about two meters at its widest point. There is a very large number of meridians, they wrap with energies all the organs in the physical body, every cell of the physical body.
Damage to the cocoon can cause physical illness, a feeling of deficit of energy, create difficulties in interaction with the outside world and hinder a harmonious life. The most effective way to recover damaged meridians is to keep relaxed attention on the tips of the fingers and toes and gradually accelerate the movement of energies within the cocoon, bringing its energy structure to a state of maximum mobility.
