Centers in physical organs
The centers in the physical organs are part of “the system of meridians”. They are most often located at the intersection points of the meridians. Their functioning largely determines the work of human internal organs and makes it possible to support the health of the physical body. Unlike the main centers, the centers in the physical organs have a cycle of opening and closing and are tied to the solar and lunar rhythms. It is a great skill to independently regulate their opening and closing. It’s necessary to create favorable conditions under which our consciousness can be around the centers in the physical organs to remove blocks and crystallizations that hinder free outflow of these centers.
The simplest way to create favorable conditions for free outflow (manifestation) of these centers is the practice of working with energies like qigong, tai chi.
